 6 month lease = $925/month with a $25 discount if paid on or before the 1st = $900/month

12 month lease = $875/month with a $25 discount if paid on or before the 1st = $850/month

24 month lease = $850/month with a $25 discount if paid on or before the 1st = $825/month

<sup>Lease Purchase Option:
36 month lease purchase = $925/month. If paid by the 1st of the month $50 will be applied to closing cost and/or down payment for purchase of home. 36 month lease is required; however, there is an option to purchase the house on or before the end of the lease.
